1.Section Your Hairs

While making Afro curls in your hair, it is essential to section your hair into 4 parts. It will help to ensure that all your hair is evenly curled and that no sections are left out. To section your hair, start by parting it down the middle. Then, take a small section of hair from the front and divide it into two sections—clip one of these sections back. Repeat this process with the other side. Finally, divide the hair's back section into two sections. Clip one of these sections back. You should now have four sections of hair: two in the front and two in the back. Sectioning your hair while making Afro curls will help to give you even, beautiful results.

2.Apply a Curl Activator

Applying a curl activator to your hair while making afro curls can help you achieve the best results. Curl activators are designed to provide extra definition and hold to curly hair, and they can be accommodating when creating tight, spiral curls. When selecting a curl activator, look for one that is specifically designed for use on African-American hair. Be sure to read the instructions carefully before applying, and always test a small amount on a hidden section of hair before using it on your entire head. A curl activator can help you achieve long-lasting, beautiful afro curls when applied correctly.

3.Use Wide Tooth Comb

Use a wide-tooth comb. This type of comb will help prevent damage to your hair and make it easier to achieve the perfect curl. In addition, be sure to use gentle, circular motions when combing your hair, and avoid tugging or pulling too hard. With a bit of patience and practice, you'll be able to create stunning afro curls that will turn heads and turn fashion lovers green with envy!

4.Twist

Be sure to twist the strand as you wrap it around. Hold the curl in place for a few seconds, and then release. Repeat this process until all of your hair is curled. With a bit of practice, you'll be able to achieve beautiful Afro curls that are full of bounce and definition.

5.Secure Each Twist

Use small clips to secure each twist. It will help to keep your hair in place while you work, and it will also give you an extra definition. If you're having trouble keeping your curls in place, try spraying them with a light-hold hairspray. Just be sure not to use too much, or your hair will become stiff and crunchy.

6.Let the Twist Sit for 30 Minutes

Once all of your hair is twisted, let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour. It will give the curl activator time to work and help the curls to set. After the waiting period is up, carefully undo each twist. Gently run your fingers through your hair to separate the curls, and then style as desired. You can use a pick or comb to fluff up your Afro or wear it down for a more natural look. Either way, you're sure to turn heads with your gorgeous new Afro curls!

7.Remove Pins

Once you have finished curling your hair, remove any pins or clips you used to section it. Style your hair as desired, and then enjoy your new look!
